1- Examination fees are K.D. 20/- (Twenty Kuwaiti Dinars) deducted from the total value in case client agrees upon the final price and it is non-refundable if he decided to stop the recovery process.
1- تكلفة رسوم فحص الأقراص 20 دينارا كويتيا وتخصم من القيمة الإجمالية في حال موافقة العميل على السعر النهائي بعد استرجاع البيانات المطلوبة ولا تسترجع رسوم الفحص في حالة الغاء العملية وتحتسب رسوم فحص غير قابله للاسترجاع.
2- The Client agrees to pay the fees within a period of 15 days from the date of completion of the work; if he fails to pay for more than 45 Days; we have the right to dispose the client’s disk without referring to him. Unless he informs us about any changes.
2- يلتزم العميل بالسداد خلال مدة أقصاها 15 يوما من تاريخ الانتهاء من العمل واسترجاع بياناته؛ وإذا تخلف عن السداد لمدة تزيد على 45 يوما، فلنا الحق بالتصرف بالأقراص الخاصة بالعميل دون الرجوع إليه في ذلك؛ مالم يتم إبلاغنا من طرف العميل بذلك.
3-In case of the completion of the work will transfer the required data listed as requested by the client to an external hard-disk to make sure they are as required. Client should provide us with a storage media to transfer recovered data to.
3- في حالة الانتهاء من العمل فسيتم نقل البيانات المطلوبة والمذكورة بحسب طلب العميل إلى قرص صلب (هارديسك) خارجي وذلك للتأكد من صحتها وكما هي مطلوبة. وفي حال الموافقة، يقوم العميل بتزويدنا بهارديسك حتى يتم نقل معلوماته التي تم استخراجها له.
4- The company is committed to the confidentiality of customer information and not to deploy it by any form.
4- تلتزم الشركة بسرية المعلومات الخاصة بالعميل ولايحق لها نشرها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
5- The company delivers the client’s Data for the same person or for anyone on his behalf carries a formal power of attorney in order to preserve the confidentiality of customer’s information.
5- لا يتم تسليم الاعمال الخاصة بالعميل إلا للشخص بعينه أو من ينوب عنه بوكالة رسمية حفاظا على سرية المعلومات الخاصة بالعميل.
6- When client leaves his hard disk for more than 45 days, we have the right to dispose the client’s storage media; unless the client is not informed that the job is not accomplished and the examination not finished yet.
6- في حال ترك العميل الأقراص لمدة تتجاوز الـ 45 يوما؛ فيحق للشركة التصرف بالأقراص مالم يتم إعلام العميل بأن العمل لم ينجز والفحص لم ينته بعد.
7- Examination fees will be refunded in case we couldn’t retrieve the required data back from the storage media.
7- في حال عدم حصول العميل على الملفات المطلوبة من الأقراص المعطوبة؛ فإننا نلتزم برد مبلغ تكلفة رسوم الفحص للعميل.
8- In the event of HEADS Damage from Inside and Agreed to send the disk outside to replace it. Client should pay the amount agreed in full, if so Client requested to Cancel the repair from outside, we deduct 30% of the total amount paid and Client shall also pay the shipping costs through the DHL.
8- في حال عطب الهيد (القاريء) من الداخل واستلزم الامر ارسال القرص للخارج لاستبداله يلتزم العميل بدفع المبلغ المتفق كاملا وفي حال ما طلب العميل الغاء التصليح من الخارج فانه تخصم 30% من اجمالي المبلغ المدفوع وهي خاصه بالشركه بالخارج ويلتزم العميل كذلك بدفع مصاريف الشحن عن طريق ال DHL
9- The company has the right to keep clients storage media after data delivery. Unless requested by the client himself upon delivery of clients storage media for the purpose of bail for others.
9- للشركة الحق بالاحتفاظ بالاقراص او الفلاش بعد تسليم العميل المعلومات المطلوبة مالم يطلبها العميل بنفسه عند تسليم الاقراص او الفلاش لغرض الكفاله لدى الغير.
10- The work is done once the data delivered to the customer, We are not responsible for any problem with the clients storage media once data delivered and verified by the client himself.
10- ينتهي العمل المناط باستخراج البيانات والمعلومات فور تسليمها للعميل ولا تتحمل الشركه اي عطل قد يصيب الاقراص اللي تم نقلها الى هارديسك العميل فور استلامه لها وتأكيده على صلاحيتها عند استلامه لها.
